Before real estate, I graduated from Stevens Institute of Technology and worked in finance-tech, where I learned how to break down complicated data and explain it in a way that actually makes sense.

My wife, Kathryn, and I run The DeSilva Team together, and we’ve built our business around honesty, communication, and a strategy-first plan that feels supportive—not salesy.
