Eight years selling North Jersey real estate. A decade pricing institutional bond markets before that. Same discipline, applied to your move.
Before real estate, I spent a decade in institutional bond markets — building the composite pricing systems trading desks relied on, designing the interfaces for those data products, and building the custom analytics each desk actually used to make decisions.
The through-line hasn’t changed. I turn large datasets into pricing decisions people can act on. Composite prices from trade data became home valuations from comps; custom analysis per trading desk became custom analysis per seller. I did it for bond traders. I do it now for homeowners.
Clients describe the result the same way, over and over: “level-headed in an otherwise stressful situation.” That’s the job — not hype, not pressure, a calm read of what the data actually says, delivered in plain Jersey-direct language.
Kathryn runs marketing and the day-to-day operations behind every listing — the reason the material looks right and every seller actually hears back.
Every conversation starts with real closed comps, not an opinion. What the appraiser will see is what I show you first.
If the data says adjust, we adjust — with a threshold agreed up front, not a surprise two weeks in.
No pressure, no urgency theater, and no generic follow-up. Just the analysis, and a straight answer about what it means for you.
I’ll pull your block’s real sales and show you where your home actually sits — before you ever make a decision.
